Regarding DLCs?
I just want to clarify that there is no story, content add-on DLCs, right? I'm not into aesthetics like costumes, accessories, OST. I'm into value added stories, new chapters, new side stories, nothing of those sorts, right?

No, Nothing yet. However I think it would be cool to add some DLC and expansion to the game in the future. I don't think that will happen though.

The only announced dlc is the one for the original soundtrack CD quality Ost music to be played in the game.
The game comes with the original ps2 soundtrack which used midi samples to save on file size as well as the reorchestrated tracks including a few new ones.

Theyd need writers, animators, VAs, translators, etc. The entire point of remasters is copy pasta easy peasy make a buck and everyone is happy.
I don't think many people worked on this remaster to begin with. Chances of story DLC is slim to none if you ask me.
