So the answer is: If you use such programs you will need it; and if you don't you don't, but I would imagine that any well written application that does need Adobe Air will advise you if you need to install it, just as they do if you need to install a particular version of the .NET Framework.

I have the latest version of Adobe Air and the programs ran prior to the installation of WIN That is why I am asking if the current version of Adobe Air is incompatible with WIN 10

I have the same problem, but only after a Windows 10 insider group update, and the latest insider update did not solve it.

Prior to those two upgrades, Icecast's Adobe Air app worked perfectly. Now it will only display title and artist but not play. Also, my Shoutcast streams no longer are playable by TuneIn. Even Shoutcast can only play one of the two streams.

I have completely deleted those programs and associated data, and reinstalled, but it did not help. Even the Shoutcast setup will not work in this build of Windows Does anyone know what is going on?
