To get started, head over to the download page at:

Scroll down and select "Windows 10" under the "Windows 10 October Update" item in the edition drop down list. 

Then just hit the confirm button.

Next, you will need to select the language version you want.

Hit Confirm once more and customized download links will be displayed for the bit and bit versions.  In almost all cases, make sure to select the bit version.
