Why isn't my audiobook showing up in the app on my iOS device?
There are several reasons your Audiobook may not appear in the Audible app. These include:
- The app may need to be refreshed.
- You may be signed into the wrong account in the app.
- Your Audible app is logged into the wrong marketplace.
- Your Audiobook library has a certain filter enabled.
- We were unable to process your credit card information.
- You may not have completed your checkout on the Audible desktop site.
Refreshing your application:
- Open the Audible application.
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the screen, followed by Settings.
- Tap Refresh Library.
- Tap My Library at the bottom left of the screen.
- Tap Titles then All Titles
.
Your title should appear at the top of the screen with a at the lower right corner of the Audiobook.
Signing in to the correct account:
- Open the Audible application.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right of the screen, followed by Settings.
- Verify the account listed under settings. If it is the wrong email address/account, tap Sign Out.
- If you signed out, tap Sign In.
- Tap Titles then All Titles
Changing marketplaces:
- Open the Audible application.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right of the screen, followed by Settings.
- Tap Sign Out twice.
- Tap Sign In.
- Tap Marketplace: on the Welcome to Audible screen.
- Choose the marketplace or Web site you use to make your Audible purchases.
- Sign back in and tap Titles then All Titles
Filtering:
In the Audible apps, you can filter or sort your library in the Titles view. Your Audiobook may not be showing up because you have selected a specific filter, or are sorting your content in a certain way.
- Tap Titles then All Titles.
- Tap the sort button to the left of "Select".
- Tap Recent.
Checking Credit Card Information:
If you did not receive an email informing you we were unable to process your payment, you can view your payment information online. Click here for instructions on how to view and change your method of payment.
Completing Your Purchase Online:
There are a few additional steps when purchasing your Audiobook on the Audible desktop site. In order to complete your purchases you must finalize the purchase on the last page of the checkout by clicking Complete Purchase.
