Persona 5 cant download new ps4 - right! good
Can't download anything?
Just paid $8 for a P5 dancing all night costume and now I can't download it. Tried the console and the website but no luck.
anyone else? The PS3 content download find but not the PS4 stuff.
Does it say purchased, did you load up your game and check the cardboard box in your room?

Says purchased but I can't add it to my query. When I go to my DL list, it's there but there's no dL button and the platform is not listed like they took it down the server.

I had the same issue happen, restore your licenses.
Select (Settings) > [PlayStation Network/Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
Granted, there is no download for the costumes and such, it just unlocks in-game.
If you load your save and don't get a message that they're available or you get nothing from the cardboard box in your room, try the above.

I don't think it has to download, again did you check the cardboard box, that's where all dlc costumes end up.
You have to get them from the cardboard box, that's where they are at!

Yeah, there is no download.
Did you try going into your game and seeing if a notification pops up that the outfits are available for pick-up from the storage box inside your room?
If that doesn't work, aside from the licenses thing which fixed it for me, contact Sony customer service.
