Need to migrate old emails off of Rackspace to PSTs
Hello all,
Apologies if this seems weird but this is something I need to do, as its a project I was assigned. Basically we have around exchange accounts on rackspace with their email hosting. We are moving away from their email hosting to o, and we have migrated the emails from rackspace to o However, my boss would also like a bulk PST backup to have locally.
Would any of you know a way to migrate from rackspace and export the PSTs via a software or literally anything other than doing each manually?
I have looked online and the only migration tools I see are to o or are super sketchy.
I did see Bittitan and I sent an email inquiring but it is unusual they don't have a sales number listed that I could call and ask about migrationwiz.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If the email has been migrated to Office , you have a few options already.
- If you are running the E3 license, your email is archived.
- BitTitan will let you generate PST files from Rackspace or your Office environment
- You can add a backup/recovery solution that protects your Office data (not just emails) in a separate cloud. We find that Backupify for Office is a cost-effective solution.
You can also use CodeTwo for Backups with Office
