Groume download weird file type

You are not the first to report this problem. I can't currently find the previous question, so I don't recall whether the file extension was the same or just similar, but it was equally cryptic and equally unknown. I would be concerned about a possible virus infection.

There have been a number of similar posts in the last week, in various Office groups, the extension varies.

It would appear to be caused by a ransom type virus infection

Almost certainly, you have been hit by the CTB Locker Encryption malware.

Look for a file on your system with the filename www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar in the Documents folder.

If you open that file, you will find that it contains a ransom note.
