Xbox game pass pc slow downloads

I started using Game Pass but I find that download speeds are well below what my Internet link is capable of.

I have a /Mb fibre line, but Game Pass downloads are only getting up to max ~60Mb, mostly running at anything between Mb, and often dropping below 40Mb.

I don't have any other downloads running at the same time and stopped all other streaming, Netflix, YouTube, etc. to make sure that nothing else is using the fibre link.

I have also restarted my network equipment and Xbox, and both an Ookla Speedtest and www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar test from another device on my network shows that I'm getting close to the full Mb download speed. I have the Xbox running on a wired connection and have also tested the downloads over a wireless connection to verify, same result.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Only possible reasons I can think of is that Game Pass doesn't have any local endpoints, and possibly congestion on their network due to the rest of the world/US/Europe being online.

I can't imagine Microsoft not having any Game Pass servers close to SA, or having such a high amount of network traffic that I'm not able to get close to my full Mbps download speed, but you never know, with holidays and all at the moment.

I'm also pretty sure I'm not being throttled by my ISP (Cool Ideas), maybe someone can confirm?

First world problems I know, but would sure like to figure out why the downloads aren't reaching my full line speed.
