Protect Yourself From Tech Support Scams
Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.
Make sure you sign in with the same MS Store account where it should be queued for reinstall in MS Store Hub (three dots at top right of Store app) > My Library.
Once you guy an app or game it should stay there in the same account Library for the life of the game. So unless it's defunct it should be there IF you're in the same account.
If not contact MS Support on weekdays by one of these phone numbers:

Maybe I should been more specific I know purchased it. I checked my library also it was there problem is cant download it.
This is all I get no download, nothing. Here's the page image as well.
My problem is this isnt normal. I have 3 ideas 1 get the game else where, like my crappy computer transfer it here. 2 Buy it from steam on this computer though not sure if windows will recognize it. (give cheevos and the such) 3 MSFT support to see if it can be resolved or another work around. Thanks for responding btw, I was expecting a response like a week or so later.
