It would have been nice had you actually answered the question. The Windows 8 Theme instructions no longer apply to Windows

Where are the themes' pictures files stored (in Windows 10)? Or how can I edit my theme like I did in windows ?

Here is the actual answer:

Go to File Explorer:

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

Which will take you to wherever your default themes are saved.

And there you can access the folders containing the pictures for each theme and add/delete and so forth.

I had to ask a friend since the Microsoft answers were lacking, pointing to old information or nonexistent.

Apark5 you are the best, please follow his/her instructions. I cannot image sending out windows ten and not having access to the themes to add or delete what you wanted or didn't want. In addition when you get to the link park provided right click to open the theme remember to highlight it FIRST and you will see the name of the theme and if you open that in a different window you get the theme page which does you no good, back to square one. BUT if you open the other one DESKTOP BACKGROUND (right click, select open in new window} it will display each individual picture to delete or set as desktop background etc. Good Luck. Nope! I search my entire computer running Windows 10 for the file location for themes.

%local/appData%/Microsoft/windows/themes.

it search for over 2 hours and never found the location.

You added in a "/" there. You need to enter exactly

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

as the path you're trying to go to in the File Explorer address bar if you want to do it that way. Or you can run exactly:
