Causes:
The last version of the design was not fully uploaded to the Cloud before closing the software.Solution:
Follow the steps below on the last machine the file was edited on:- Make sure that the Internet connection is working.
- Open Fusion
- Open the directory of the affected file in the Data Panel.
- Wait for the blue spinning circle to disappear from the design thumbnail. This means that the data has been fully uploaded.
Notes:
- To make sure that the data has been fully uploaded, browse to the following folder and check if it only contains "_XRef_" directory. If there are more fiiles within it, they may be stuck in the upload queue.
