I live in Weaverville, NC where this movie was made, I was in the 10th grade at Lee Edwards High School, I was not chosen for one of the parts, but I had the opportunity to go and be on the set and see one of my IDOLS of that time and still is He came waltzing down the marble staircase, at the Old Battery Park Hotel, or rather I should say "hobbling and I got to ask him some questions, for he had broke his toe on the set, and a stupid "kid" that I was, I asked something like, "How does it feel" STUPID, STUPID, of me, but those days are gone by, I do hopeand he said, "How in the H___ do you think that it feels? and of course, all of us silly girls giggled I had purchased this years back and found it recently and gave it to a friend that had never seen this, and when I was surfing the "net" I saw this again for sale, and I was elated, so now I have one for my classic collection. they have it stated that this movie was made in the foothills of Kentucky, but it was here, up Reems Creek, and I was Blanche Rice at that timeand this was one of the best times of my lifeso if none of you have had the best opportunity of your life to watch this movie with our IDOL, please do add this to your collection, for it is full of excitement, adventure and drama. poetry4fun@www.cronistalascolonias.com.ard full review
