In the Volume License Service Center and the partner center there are two downloads available for Windows server

The one that says updated April release downloads this file:
SW_DVD9_Win_Server_STD_CORE___64Bit_English_DC_STD_MLF_Xiso
It installs version (OS Build ) it should install version (as it says in the ISO filename)
The one that says updated Aug downloads:
SW_DVD9_Win_Server_STD_CORE___64Bit_English_DC_STD_MLF_Xiso
It installs version (OS Build ) it should install version [why does the filename say ????]
According to this page:
www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar
should be Windows Server, version (Semi-Annual Channel) (Datacenter Core, Standard Core)
and version doesn't exist, even though there is install media for it.
How do you actually install Windows Server and ?
