2. Are you using wired or wireless connection? If you are using wireless connection try connecting through wired and check.
3. Is downloading torrent files legal on your country?

There might be chances that your ISP is blocking the computer IP address since you are downloading from Torrent client. I would suggest you to contact your ISP and check.

Since, you are facing the issue specifically while downloading from torrent client. There might be chances that torrent client software is corrupted or antivirus program might block the internet, if it finds any virus from torrent.

It could also be if the torrent client is using maximum bandwidth of internet it will disconnecting the internet connection from the computer.
