What browser are you using? Many of the non-Internet Explorer browsers use a Download folder. For example, in Chrome you can hit the button to the right of the address bar and select "Downloads". Then in the top-right you can click "Open Downloads Folder". When I do that it takes me to C:\Users\username\Downloads
But wait I think that the PDF add-in is no longer required if you update your Office Serivice Pack 2 (SP2) included the ability to save as PDF so it is built-in (www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar).
However, I would get right up to date and install SP3 from www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar?id= I would also run a Windows Update to make sure your PC is up to date with all fixes from Microsoft.
