How to Change Chrome's Download Folder
You can change the default download folder in Google Chrome from the "Options" menu found within the browser. Every file that you download through Chrome is automatically saved to one folder on your computer. This functionality makes it possible to quickly locate files that you have downloaded through the browser. However, if you prefer to have your downloaded files save to a different location than the one currently specified in Chrome, you can modify that setting at any time.

Launch the Google Chrome browser.

Click the "Customize and Control Google Chrome" icon at the top-right corner of the window, then click "Options."

Click "Under the Hood" at the left side of the window.

Scroll to the "Downloads" section of the window, then click the "Change" button to the right of the "Download Location" field.

Navigate to the folder that you wish to designate as the new "Downloads" folder, then click it once to highlight it.
