Download sound files from facebook

Facebook provides an effective way to get more exposure for any business, but it does not support video or audio uploading. However, it is possible to host the file elsewhere on the Internet and link to it on Facebook, complete with a preview and description. If you have a voice recording on your phone and you want to present it on Facebook, all you will need is a way of copying the file from your phone to the computer so that you can upload it to the Internet.

Connect the mobile phone to the computer using the USB cable provided with the phone. Alternatively, if the audio recording is stored on a microSD memory card inside your phone, you can remove the memory card, place it in an SD card adapter and then place it in a card reader. Copy or move the file to your computer's hard drive. Another way of transferring the file is to upload it as an email attachment and then download it on your computer.

Upload the voice recording to a Web hosting account or to a public location on your company's website. Alternatively, you can use a free streaming media host. When the file has been uploaded to the Internet, copy the address and file name.

Log into your Facebook account and paste the link into the status update box. Add a space after the link, provide an accompanying description and press "Enter" to post the link on your Facebook Timeline.
