amazon has new ebook format since Kindle for Pc , new format call KFX format cause problems, we need to downgrade kindle for pc to old v or v, kindle for Mac to v, download ebook file in old version,

1. Open Option window, click Deregister button to deregister, remove all license content, close it.
   
   
2. delete folder &#;document\my kindle content&#; ,
3. Uninstall Kindle for Pc, download old version kindle for pc
4. Uncheck automatically update in options in Kindle for pc.
   
5. Re-download ebook and try again.

1. deregister in Kindle for Mac, delete all content, remove app Kindle for Mac.




2. download old version KindleForMacdmg
3. uncheck automatic update in options in Kindle for Mac.



4. re-download ebook in v kindle for Mac



5. run converter and try again.
