Hello. I have been having a lot of problems lately trying to format a 1TB WD SATA HDD for use on the FAT PS2. I used FreeMcBoot to access HDDManager through LaunchElf. And, I was successfully able to format it on the PS2, and install FreeHDBoot. OPL on the FAT PS2 works fine, and is able to read the hard drive. The only problem I'm having is formatting it using WinHiip. Thereby, preventing me from adding any PS2 games for use on OPL. After clicking on the HDD it tells me, "There is a problem

Hi all, I have a save game file currently on a physical memory card that I would like to transfer into Open PS2 Loader as a VMC. Is this possible? I would just use the physical memory card, but I am running Open PS2 Loader off FHDB and the physical memory card in question has FMCB installed on it, and if I keep the physical memory card inserted I find that the PS2 loads FMCB and not FHDB. I'm lazy and want to just leave the memory card out all time time; I don't want to shuffle it in and out

I own a North American PS2 Slim which I use FMCB on. I just bought Sonic Gems Collection (PAL version, game was only released for PS2 in Europe and Japan) and it arrived today. Having struggled with HDD loader, I am now using OPL and its % a better method. I have succesfully used it on my PS2 PHAT to load games from a " HDD connected with a network adapter, but cant seem to do the same on my PS2 Slim. What settings should i be using in OPL to enable it to see games stored on the USB connected " HDD. Are the games in a different format etc etc.

I'm trying to run the game on OPL through USB. I already tried FMV Skip via GSM but that didn't do anything. All the other Mortal Kombat games for the PS2 run flawlessly through USB with no modifications, so can someone help me figure out what's wrong with Deadly Alliance and how to fix it?

So i have a problem I made freemcboot v run on my ps2 slim (scph) and i would like to conmect wirh others in xlink kai . Then i gave the ip from xlink kai in opl and started Star wars battlefront 2 to setup the internet over usb . Hello, I’m new here. Came across this forum while looking for a fix for the issues I encountered.

I got my FMCB off Amazon, everything was set and easy to go but I ran into a problem loading Harvestmoon AWL. Stuck on “Now loading” screen.

What do the codes mean for OPL, and why so many versions?

I have problems with USA version of "Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil" on internal HDD. On OPL compatibility lists, I see that mode 2 must be turned on or mode 2, 3 and 6. But if I doing this, I still don't have SFX and game freezing after some time.

Am I doing something wrong?

I play my games on my real ps2 through OPL and I use to shrink or compress most of my games (like removing dummies or non used languages etc) but there's no way I can do it with this game since the files within the iso are hidden so I just can't know how or what to shrink. Is there someone who could do it for me and/or tell me how to do it?

Hey,

bought a copy of shadow of the colossus and now try to install it and run it via OPL, but IT just stay black. I tried to activate accurate reads and disable syscalls like you need to start jak and dexter, but woun't start neither.

Is there any trick to get it running? I copied it from the OG disc via HDLoader.

UPDATE: Started it from the disc, got the same issue. I got a matrix modchip installed. can it be any kind of in comp with that? cause if I put the disc in my ps

so i use a pendrive of 8gb and i was able to play games in openloeader v +BETA_DB-TA-4ac41
but i got a hdd that connect by usb of gb and i did the process format it in ntfs then use usbextreme to put it as fat32 then make the DVD and CD folder copy some games do the rename and use usbextreme for games bigger than 4gb in this case mgs3 and neocontra then i open my ulaunch i load openloader from the mss folder the game list shows up the games but when i try to play them they
