Method 1. ran thrue this a dozen times

Method 2. I down loaded the latest from Epson and installed and removed and reinstalled ans it gave the same message

As far as when it happened I don't know I don't use it that often.

When it was working and i turned it on it would make ascanning sound befor I did any thing. Now it just turns on no sound at all.

A registry problem was detected.
