I cant download a pdf certificate issue

You may follow the steps below to bypass browser-related issues (such as cache and cookies) when trying to download your certificate:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Press Ctrl, Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard at the same time.
3. On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

Alternatively, you may try InPrivate browsing by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P on your keyboard at the same time while on Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Try downloading your certificate again afterwards.

If you’re still encountering an issue, we will need to escalate your case to our Support Team for further resolution. The other information we need from you is the step-by-step recording of the moment you login to the Member site until the error appears.
