Lubuntu download iso - have removed
Cant download Lubuntu
It's not a distro problem the Lubuntu links work fine (with my Firefox). So your trouble must be either Firefox itself, or your network connection, like your error message says. Here are the Lubuntu links again below (latest or long-term version ). Instead of clicking them, you might try right-click and choose "Save Link As" to see if that works. If that still doesn't work, try restarting Firefox in safe mode (instructions) and try to download again. You might try another browser too. If it still doesn't work, the network connection is all that's left. Good luck!papa54 said:
Never had this issue with other distros. Is there a cmd line entry I can use for direct download of the iso.

To more completely answer your question (and if all the above fails) yes, you can download from the command line too. Use the wgetcommand with the links given above. The download will be stored in whatever folder you are in when you begin. But if your trouble is your network connection (firewall?), this may fail also. No need for sudo to issue these commands:
