Download the software and then follow me to learn how to recover photos from Nokia Lumia as well as videos and other files in Windows. I have some downloaded music files, video files and some personal documents on my Lumia but there is no option to move these files from. I have downloaded some software and my phone keeps on asking me to "save" or "cancel". I have clicked save and can't find the files.
