Install JDK8 and JCE on Windows
Download the appropriate file for Windows.
Run the .EXE file. You can also follow instructions here. Once installed, its default location is C:\Program Files\Java.
Navigate to JDK.
Click Start -> Control Panel -> System.
Click Advanced -> Environment Variables.
Add the location of the JDK /bin folder to the PATH variable in System Variables. The following is a typical value for the PATH variable: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk\bin;

Download the Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files Without this file, symmetric keys above bits will be unavailable. Accept Oracle's license agreement, then save the download in any directory.
Unzip the file.
Copylocal_www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar and US_export_www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar to $JAVAHOME/jre/lib/security, for example, C:\Program Files\Java\jdkNN\jre\lib\security. Replace any already existing files.
