Rockstar Games has announced another delay for Grand Theft Auto 5 on PC, pulling it back another month to April The studio released a statement claiming it needed more time to work on the PC version, but PC gamers are starting to get tired of the excuses.

&#;Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC.&#;

The original launch date for Grand Theft Auto 5 PC edition was January 27, one month ago, but Rockstar has been apparently working hard polishing the game for even higher-spec machines.

For those that pre-ordered Grand Theft Auto 5 on Steam or any other PC distribution platform, Rockstar will send $, of in-game currency to the bank, ready to open when it launched in two months.

Virtual currency is a key part of Grand Theft Auto Online, and alongside the $1 million pre-orders already get, that is enough to pick a mansion in the game or weaponise your player to extreme levels.

Rockstar also announced a final release date for Heists, coming to Grand Theft Auto Online after months of waiting. This will be available on Xbox , Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 on March 10, meaning PC gamers will instantly be able to jump into the new game-mode.

There are rumours that Rockstar—more prominently its parent Take Two—is pushing the release date back for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 in order to spike sales on PS4 and Xbox One, where customers are normally paying full price for the retail copy.

Rockstar denies these allegations however, claiming it is still working tirelessly to get the PC version polished to standard.
