How long will my ebook take to arrive?
If you have purchased an ebook, you will receive two emails: one confirming your order, and the other containing a link to continue to your download.  These emails are automated and should arrive immediately after purchase; if you have not received an email within two hours, please email: [email&#;protected]. 

If you have requested a review or inspection copy, it will need to be approved by a Bloomsbury staff member.  They will endeavour to process your request as soon as possible, but please be aware that this is done during office hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Can I get a refund on my ebook purchase?
As ebooks cannot be returned we are unable to refund payments. By completing the purchase of an ebook from www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar you waive your 14 day right to cancel.

Can I copy and/or print my ebook?

Downloading and reading on Android devices 
Before downloading an ebook you will need to install an ereader application such as Google Play Books.

Once installed you can download the EPUB file directly to your device. If Google Play Books doesn’t open the ebook automatically, please follow the ‘Upload PDF & EPUB files’ instructions on Google Play Help.

Note that MOBI files are not compatible with Google Play Books. If you want to read a MOBI ebook on an Android device you will need to install the Kindle app following the downloading and reading on Kindle devices and apps link.

Downloading and reading on iPads and iPhones
Before downloading an ebook you should check that you have iBooks installed. After clicking the download ebook link your device should ask you if you want to open the file in iBooks – click yes and the ebook should automatically open in iBooks.
Note that only EPUB and PDF ebooks will open in iBooks – MOBI ebooks are not compatible

Downloading and reading on Kindle devices and apps
MOBI and PDF files can be added to all of your Kindles devices and apps using Amazon’s Send-to-Kindle feature. Please follow these steps:
• Download the MOBI or PDF ebook to your Mac or PC
• Go to Amazon’s Manage Your Content and Devices and then Settings
• In the Personal Document Settings section copy your device’s Kindle email address
• Ensure the email address you’re sending from has been added to the Approved Personal Document E-mail List
• Email the MOBI or PDF file to your Kindle email address

Downloading and reading on Macs and PCs
Before downloading your ebook you will need to install one of the following applications:
EPUB files can be read using Adobe Digital Editions.  
MOBI files can be read using the Kindle app for Mac and PC
PDF files can be read using Adobe Acrobat Reader
