The set includes 3 discs with 2 routines each. I haven't been able to make it clear through the first routine yet so perhaps I'm not the best to review this. I'm 63 with arthritis and this moves a bit too fast for me. I haven't given up but I quit about 3/4 the way through the first routine. I wish Shaun would make a video more appropriate for us boomers who are just starting out exercise after devoting years sitting behind our career desks! Big market here Shaun! Read more

The steps/moves are not too difficult. You don't need any equipment or props. They did use some small weights maybe twice, but if u don't have any you can substitute for something else. I have bought over 4 of Shaun T Hip Hop Abs for my friends and family. All I can say is buy it and use it. Shaun T makes exercise fun. I am 56 years old and LOVE this DVD.
