Sims 3 create a world download latest version

The Sims is not a online game, the online options are not need to play the game so there must be a way to just start The Sims3. My question, How can i start Sims 3 up witout the Orgin launger. Or if there is a other way to start the Create a world program. Options or settings. I hope you can help me. • I, too, am frustrated to no end with this tool. I have downloaded so many custom 'hoods, but they just do not suit my needs. I have been desperately trying to build my ideal neighborhood since March and continue to get this stupid memory error. I have no idea how to fix this or where to even go for help. I am near tears. :-(

• I am Absolutely disgusted with Electronic Arts, i uninstalled my expantions and updated my base game for the third time in the hope that CAW would work. I have done everything imaginable thats been suggested to fix the problem, and those suggestions sadly did not come from these forums or from EA for that matter. Why isnt there anyone on this god forsaken site possitioned to help their clients. This is absolutely 🌺🌺🌺🌺. And it has come to my attention that sims is officially a rich mans game. I simply cant afford to play the game anymore because these constant updates are becomming too expensive. Obviously the 'suits' in their high positions dont give a S.H.I.T because they are going home with all our money at the end of the day. Unfortunately ive screwed myself because without even having to read the terms and conditions i wont be recieving a refund. Im sick of the endless hours and cash that has to go into this poorly developed game. I thought gamers had an unspoken rule of integrity. The developers are obviously not playing this game, and only selling it to the suckers willing to fall for the next EA money making scheme. Im broke now, the thousands of rands ive put into this game didnt even get me a simple few hours of stress free game play, if anything it has just added to my stress. Which brings me to the conclusion that I HATE EA. they wasted my time, my money and my emotional well being. Good luck to the rest of you suckers falling into the EA web of lies.

• It looks like the latest patch is what is screwing people out of their game. Mine doesn't work now either. I didn't see this thread before making mine, though. Last time I ran my game was on June 1st, and it worked fine. Then I got Generations, and the new patch, and now when I click open, the Beta Window shows up and disappears like normal then nothing. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, just to be safe, and still it won't actually open.

• ok, i have been ctreating a town with the create a world thing and all of a sudden i cant edit in game :? when i click the edit in game button it loads for a sec then goes to the game launcher (i could edit in game when i started the town) ?? when i click play it just brings me into the game and has nothing to do with the town im creatingthis is extremely frustrating and i was wondering if anyone could help
• Everyone sais we're supposed to have the latest game updates and then get the latest CAW version from EA. Curiously enough you never see what 'version' of CAW you get because the file is always named www.cronistalascolonias.com.ar with no version indication at all. Also when you open the readme of the 'latest' file (downloaded from the EA site just today) it still says Version so what part really is latest here?!
  But I guess by now we can assume the faulty memory error has nothing to do with which version of game or tool you have? This is just annoying.

• Okay guys, here's my two cents after buying a new computer and no, I didn't buy a new computer just because of CAW well, not only.
  Anyways I installed all of my Sim expansion and stuff packs patching each one apropriately which left me with an absolutely clean installation.
  Got the worldtool from the EA site again and fired it up ran absolutely smoothly, no startup memory error, no saving error, nothing. Figured it was because I had such a good system: 16GB RAM, AMD Phenom X6 T, Geforce GTX Ti; but here's the tricky part.
  I was so confident about my computer's abilities that I copied my old folders over with the shops stuff that I ahd installed and my savegames and custom content as well as the mods folder I previously had guess what CAW suddenly experienced the memory issue again.
  Luckily (what I normally always do) I only renamed my old Sims 3 folder under documents instead of overwriting it which left me with the option of always going back to a 'clean' state to work with CAW. This is something I would suggest for everyone to try.
  I don't know if it was the custom mods that caused the lack or some of the store stuff or savegames which is why I suggest to deactivate ALL of it. Honestly you don't need any store stuff or mods for CAW in general and you can add the custom content to your buildings later on in the game. Which is - totally unrelated - also a good way to set up a map for sharing, since not everyone will have the custom content or want it.
  Well, this is what worked for me I think CAW just has a peak of overperformance while trying to import all the custom stuff and thus triggers the memory failure. It's not a system issue nor a hardware one. Least to my experience. Hope this helps someone else too
• I was building my world fine for a few days..I saved it then quit the ingame editor, then for some unknown reason my world is corrupted! Create A World just says 'Could not find world!' Is it my files or CAW?
• I've given up on the sims create a world tool because everytime i download it completely harms my computer. My computer is brand new! I hope the sims people fix this issue really soon since they dont exactly give you enough lots on their worlds.

• You know i have had the sims of all kinds for at least 3 to 4 years now and i am sick of this. I have had the world tool beta for a long time and it did work until after i went on vactaion and dint play on my computer for atleast 2 weeks and that time when i played on it when i was doing tings with the road it like crashed and ever since then i havent been able to work. I also unistalled it and tried to reinstall it but now it wont let me i thik this is a rip off and if you dont fix it you wont see me buying anything else from you EA
